These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ThroughStack, operated by ThroughStack LLC ("ThroughStack", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

ThroughStack lets you build automated workflows that transform and reconcile your data files. You are responsible for the files you upload and for reviewing the outputs before you rely on them. ThroughStack is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

Accounts and seats

Paid plans are billed per maker seat. Reviewer and viewer seats are free. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Trials and billing

The 14-day trial provides full access with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThroughStack disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
